What You Receive
- A photographer-curated edited set. Jeff or Sara selects the included photographs for expression, variety and technical quality. Client selection is available only when agreed in advance. Standard editing includes consistent colour, exposure and a natural finish; major alterations require separate agreement.
- High-resolution JPEG delivery. Edited photographs are delivered through a private online gallery for personal download and sharing. Eidos does not provide physical prints or albums.
- Clear delivery times. Standard portrait routes are delivered within 48 hours. Flying Dress photographs are delivered within 72 hours. A standard Short Cinematic Reel is delivered within one week; the included Flying Dress Reel is delivered within one week after its photo gallery. Custom Experience deadlines are confirmed in writing.
- One year of gallery access. The delivered online gallery remains accessible for one year. Download and back up the files promptly because the gallery is a delivery service, not permanent personal storage.

Our Recommendation & How to Book
For a milestone birthday with maximum visual impact, start with Flying Dress - especially for a 50th birthday. For a classic and uncomplicated Rome portrait, choose 60 minutes at the Colosseum. Choose a Garden or Local District when relaxed interaction with family or friends matters more than landmark variety.
For graduation, 60 minutes is a practical starting point for individual portraits and several important combinations. Choose Early Morning for multiple landmarks. Use Custom Experience for a university, actual ceremony, venue-based party, group of 5 or more, several graduates or any setup that needs special planning.
- Share the celebration brief. Send the occasion, preferred date, location idea, participant count and priority portraits. Mention a university or venue, under-12 participants, 5+ people, balloons, cake, outfit changes, a Reel, mobility considerations or a fixed delivery deadline.
- Confirm the plan. Agree the package or Custom Experience, duration, route, Rome-local start time, meeting point, group combinations, edited-image count, photographer assignment, transfers and extras. A preference for Jeff or Sara is confirmed only when available and agreed in writing.
- Secure the booking. Choose either the required 20% booking payment or full payment, accept the applicable terms and receive written confirmation. When the 20% option is used, the remaining balance is due after the photoshoot. An enquiry alone does not reserve the date.
Changes, Travel Delays and Weather
For a standard direct portrait booking, cancelling at least 24 full hours before the confirmed start allows a full refund or one date change, subject to availability. Within 24 hours, amounts paid are non-refundable. If a flight is delayed or cancelled within that window, we will reschedule when availability allows; if no suitable time is available, no refund is due. Marketplace bookings and Custom Experiences follow their confirmed terms.
Manageable weather may allow the session to continue with route adjustments. If dangerous weather prevents the session from starting, choose one reschedule or a full refund under the direct-booking conditions. If the session has already started, the solution is agreed fairly according to the coverage completed and usable work created.

Short answers to the practical questions clients most often need before choosing and booking.
Is this a portrait session or coverage of the actual celebration?
It is a planned portrait service. Photography of a birthday party, graduation ceremony or venue-based event can be requested through Custom Experience, with the coverage and access agreed in writing.
Which package is best for a milestone birthday, including a 50th?
Flying Dress is a leading choice for a strong fashion-led statement and is especially popular for 50th birthdays. Choose the Colosseum for one classic Rome setting, Early Morning for several landmarks, or Custom Experience for a party, venue, group of 5 or more, or special setup.
Can a companion join Flying Dress photographs?
Yes. The participant booking applies to each person wearing a flying dress. One companion in regular clothing may join selected photographs without an additional participant charge. Tell us in advance; multiple dress wearers or a larger group require a Custom Experience.
Can family or friends join, and is there a group-size limit?
Yes. There is no fixed maximum, but groups of 5 or more must contact us before booking. The chosen duration and edited-image allowance apply to the whole session, not separately to each guest.
Can an under-12 child be the only booked participant?
No. At least one additional photographed participant in the 12+ booking category must also be booked. An adult who attends only as an off-camera companion does not make an under-12-only booking eligible.
Can several graduates share a session or be photographed at a university?
Yes, after the number of graduates, priority combinations, exact address, timing and access have been reviewed. The client obtains any permission and pays access fees. Several graduates, university interiors, ceremonies and private venues should be arranged through Custom Experience.
Do you provide balloons, graduation outfits or a cake setup?
Bring your own graduation clothing and small personal items. Eidos can help arrange simple balloons in advance at the client's cost. A small cake may be photographed only when agreed and permitted, but Eidos does not provide catering, tables, decorations or party setup.
Can we change outfits or visit more than one location?
Yes, when the selected route and duration realistically allow it. Outfit changes and transfers count toward the booked time, and standard outdoor sessions do not include a private changing room.
What if we have never posed professionally?
No experience is needed. Jeff or Sara will guide posture, hands, gaze, movement and the agreed group photographs while keeping the experience relaxed.
Who chooses the photographs, and can we buy more?
The photographer selects the included edited set unless client selection was agreed in advance. Additional Edited Photos may be purchased at checkout or requested after the session. Get All Photos adds the captured unedited JPEG photographs, not proprietary camera RAW files.
When will we receive the files, and do you offer prints?
Standard photographs are delivered within 48 hours and Flying Dress photographs within 72 hours. A standard Reel is delivered within one week; the Flying Dress Reel arrives within one week after its photo gallery. Gallery access remains available for one year. Eidos delivers high-resolution JPEGs and does not provide prints or albums.
Will our photographs be published?
Only with separate, optional permission from the client. Booking a session does not grant automatic permission for portfolio, website or social-media publication, and declining does not affect the service.
