For simultaneous photography and professional video, a separate videographer is required. We do not promise both as full coverage from one person.

A short, precise brief prevents surprises on the day and in the edit.

Purpose, moments and people

Tell us whether the film is a memory, social post, portfolio piece or paid campaign. Share essential moments, participants, locations, filming hours and references.

Frame for the destination

Vertical 9:16 suits Reels and TikTok; horizontal 16:9 suits websites and longer films. One framing does not automatically produce a strong version of the other—request both before filming if needed.

Outputs and post-production

The proposal states running time, cuts, resolution, creative tone, licensed music, edit, colour, feedback round, deadline and personal or commercial usage rights. Captions, graphics and alternate versions need explicit scope.

Logistics

Confirm access, permits, lighting, travel, crew and any supplier costs. For larger event or campaign films, allow extra lead time; contact us at least two weeks ahead where possible.

Speech needs a plan

Crowds, fountains, wind, traffic and venue systems affect recordings. Clean speech is not guaranteed without agreed microphone placement and access.

Critical words need backup

For interviews or essential speeches, the proposal must confirm a second recording path—not rely on one wireless feed.

A surprise stays discreet

A proposal can be filmed quietly. The spoken question is clean audio only if a microphone or technically suitable alternative was arranged beforehand.

Delivery starts after filming, payment of any balance and receipt of agreed client materials. The written proposal is the controlling deadline.

The agreed edit includes shot selection, sequencing, sound sync, reasonable audio cleanup, licensed music and standard colour correction.
Advanced grading, motion graphics, compositing, extra cuts and alternate platforms are quoted separately.
One consolidated round of minor revisions is included unless your proposal says otherwise. Send feedback within seven days of the first cut; a new structure or music direction may change price and timing.
Only final edited exports are delivered. Camera originals, unused clips and project files are not included or sold. Back up your files promptly; working material is kept through approval and 14 days afterward.

Usage

Rights, Privacy & Participants

After full payment, private clients receive the personal-use permission stated in their booking. Business, promotional or paid-media use needs a written commercial licence defining media, duration, territory and any exclusivity.
Copyright is not transferred unless separately agreed in writing. Booking does not automatically allow Eidos to publish an identifiable film; separate permission is required.
A parent or guardian must approve and remain responsible for every participant under 18.

Written scope and payment

Eidos reviews your brief and confirms the crew and post-production route before a proposal is issued. A 20% booking payment or full payment may be required; committed crew, music and supplier costs may need advance payment.

Changes and weather

Check the accepted proposal and current Terms for cancellation, date-change and supplier-cost rules before payment. Rescheduling depends on confirmed crew availability. Manageable weather does not automatically stop filming; when conditions make the service impossible, the applicable terms govern reschedule or refund options.

Can I book professional video without photography?

Yes, after the brief, crew and post-production plan are confirmed in writing.

Can I book photography and video together?

Yes, subject to availability. A separate videographer must be confirmed for full simultaneous coverage.

How is a mobile reel different?

It is a short, smartphone-captured, vertical social add-on. Professional video uses a dedicated camera, stabilisation, planned sound and more substantial post-production.

Can you guarantee clear words in a surprise proposal?

Only if a microphone or technically suitable alternative is agreed before filming. Ambient noise can otherwise overwhelm the speech.

Can I choose the music?

Share the mood and references. The final track must suit the film and have suitable usage permission; a specific commercial song cannot be promised without a licence.

How many revisions are included?

One consolidated round of minor revisions, with feedback within seven days of the first cut, unless your proposal states otherwise.

Will I receive RAW or unused footage?

No. Only the final edited exports are delivered; camera originals and project files are not included.

What if the videographer becomes unavailable?

Eidos seeks a suitably qualified replacement. If none or no workable reschedule is possible, the affected video service is refunded under the accepted terms.
